When can I expect to receive my order?
In order to keep our prices as low as possible for you, Liverpool Fashion has the products delivered directly to your home by the manufacturer or supplier. For this reason, delivery may take a little longer than you are used to. It takes about 1 to 2 working days for your order to be successfully processed. The average delivery time in United Kingdom is around 7-10 working days.

The estimated delivery time has been exceeded, where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, an order can also be delayed. Have you waited another 3 days after the original delivery time and still not received your order? Please send an e-mail to: contact@liverpool-fashion.com.

I am missing some products, how is that possible?
Some orders are sent in separate parcels due to weight restrictions. To ensure the quality of the products, the products you order may come from different suppliers. If you order several products from us at the same time, the products may not be delivered at the same time.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need an account to place an order.

My discount code is not working. How is that possible?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple discounts. For example, if you have a bundle discount because you have bought several products, you cannot combine it with another discount code.

Can I also choose a day or time for delivery?
No, unfortunately this is not possible as the products are sent using international shipping methods. You will receive an email from us that the parcel has been sent. You can track the parcel via the Track & Trace system.
